Heard of this on tik tok and decided to try it. The packaging this thing came in is unreal! It’s so much better than cvs or walgreens brands.
It has a good earthly smell that seems familiar and i enjoy the taste before swallowing. Easy to * and no aftertaste. It's one pill - dose.

I cut the 600mg caplets in half, hoping a half dose would work but same result, worsened sleep apnea.

For a great price you get 2 months work and it boosts my energy and i notice i handle stress so much better.
To make me pay the same price.
But giving me less pills, i don't understand it doesn't have to be an inflation everywhere.

However my waking up got worse with clear indications that the mild sleep apnea i had ashwagandha made it worse

I googled and googled and the truth is that ashwagandhas impact on gaba causes more relaxation of the throat and tongue muscles and will make your sleep apnea worse
