Pros & Cons
Pros
Psyllium husk supplement works as described. I use this for regularity and it really works. There is also inulin which is a prebiotic powder for your gut.
The quality is excellent and himalaya makes great quality products. The pouch also seals well and is foil-lined for optimum freshness.
The unflavored nature of this psyllium husk powder allows for versatility in consumption. The powder is odorless and tasteless.
It mixes nicely with room temp water. Used one and only one spoon, dissolve in water and drink immediately. I mix it with juice so it generally isn't even noticeable.
Every tsp provides 5 grams of fiber.
Cons
It also tastes horrible compared to other flavored brands i've tried. What's worrying is that the levels in this product are unknown. I'm worried why this specific product has issues.

Packaging/appearance
I’m really excited to find this, it checks all my boxes for what i like in a fiber supplement.
The taste did remind me of the orange flavored emergen-c packets which i don't mind.
Competitiveness
This himalaya brand has a simple and better ingredient list comparatively speaking to the sugar-free or regular orange flavored metamucil.
Taste wise i can't compare this to metamucil or other brands since this is my first psyllium husk supplement in a drink form.
