I think the strap could benefit from some nice foam padding to make it more comfortable on the neck

The tabs are also long enough so that if you choose to roll the excess strap up tightly rather than cutting it off you can reapply the tab around that small roll

Ive chosen to roll mine up until im sure of how short or if i want to at all trim them

The straps are soft the velcro is strong the color of the fabric is even
