Overall, this product has elevated my hip thrust exercises, i loved this product, very versatile and the quality is great!
So far, i have not been able to use this product consistently, because the chemical smell is so intense that it causes me migraines.
I clicked my weights in easily and tightened the straps and was ready to go in less than 30 seconds.
Price
But it's a good value and i prefer the clips to velcro.
I was hesitant because this product was so much cheaper than many of its kind but it did not disappoint.
Competitiveness
This is a way cheaper option than the booty bella and imo way better than the loud and obnoxious velcro!
It’s also at a great price point compared to similar products.
More comfortable then other brands i tried as they don't squeeze hips as much.

It is a cushioned strap that lays across you while holding your dumbbells so your hands can be free to exercise
