My gym does not have any good setup for hip thrusts unless you want to spend 10 minutes trying to piece something together.

I am just going to say this first and foremost however it is a fraction of the cost so i guess it is worth the decrease in overall quality.

This is easy to pack in gym bag and easy to use at home or gym.

I bought it thinking it would be good as a barbell replacement but is not the case you can’t really use heavy weights it is really uncomfortable i would recommend no more than 30 pounds per side which is incredibly low for the exercises i need hip thrust squads
