Nice dvr works great an easy to hook up

2 firmware updates, then swore up and down it never had that functionality even though i had recordings of those ip cams!

After 8 months, it inexplicably went into a boot loop situation even though plugged into a ups system and having not lost power.

It is more than i expected as far qualify for the price i paid.

I placed an order for a dvr to complement my existing 8-camera system, i was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was delivered.

Got exactly what i ordered and it was on time.

They sent firmware update, but we couldn't recover.

So i contacted the customer service and was advised to get this dvr which did not come with a hard drive .
