The customer service is easy, fast, courteous and friendly. Bought this to slow em down. Free for most of functions as against most american models where you must pay monthly subscription.

The box hooks up to your tv and connects to the cameras seamlessly. Hardware setup is a breeze. Build quality is solid overall.

Cons

What a great feature and software, after optimizing the signals all the recordings went smooth with high resolution footage.

Easy to setup, camera movement detection is good.

Unfortunately my main camera does this 3-4 times a week which requires you to run calibration and return it to its guard position.

I’ve bought different wireless cameras in the past and the signal was weak and keeps cutting off.
