Pros

Hisense services are very superb, quick installation and support. Google assistance works very nicely.

Sound is good for a small room. For watching tv serials, news there is no required external speaker.

Good picture quality specially 4 k4 coloure are rich. The brightness and picture is well balanced. Decent picture quality, decent sound. The clarity/picture/video quality is also awesome.

Cons

Standard def regular channels all look blurry and smudgy. Beyond center 60 digree, viewing quality degrading. Color loss is huge.

Expecting after-sale-service, would be a bigger deceit than deceiving yourself. They just say we are highlighting and escalating the complaint but nothing really happens. The loop keeps on repeating.

Question remains whether amazon/seller has sent us a faulty product or hisense’s quality itself is bad.
