Pros

Uhd is perfectly blended with sound. Amazing picture, sound and responsiveness and supports everything. K is awesome.

Hisense has earned a good reputation by selling in europe and that's why i bought it when it was first launched. Android as os ensures the quality of software is up to the mark.

Cons

Customer service (trivandrum,kerala) is pathetic. Company response is very sluggish. No settlement of replacement entertained by hisense brand.

This tv has 5 year warranty but is not of any use. Within 3 months the tv panel board got complained. Even after checking and admitting by hisense that its a malfunctioning of product within 2 days of usage.

Dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service of hisense.

The picture, sound quality were good and the price was also affordable.

Lowest price ever so cant complain much.

Competitiveness

No doubt it is definitely better than costlier brands.

I don't think anyone should feel the need to buy a soundbar unless u r buying a high end one.

1 is not supported in disney hotstar app , this is final review after 10 months of usage dolby 5.
