Pros

Colour, gaming mode and audio quality is great. Delivery is prompt n installation is at our convenience. Only downside is while buying online you will get 1yr waranty.

Dolby's vision looks good when we watched the content/movie from hotstar. The brightness at 40 % is more than enough. Sound is cannot explain outstanding.

Cons

Picture quality seems as if we are having some gray sheet over the screen. Color almost nil. Picture shakes, jbl sound is for name only, remote doesn't work many times. Even in 4k and hdr contents lot of noise is present.

The remote is pathetic especiallythe navigating button. Bluetooth connectivity is bad. My tv panel is defective and i tried contacting the brand many times but there technician is not even coming to check the tv.

Don't fall for the 5 year warranty. The other number for out of warranty service center is very rude. Hoping to get a replacement or refund soon.
