Pros

Overall satisfied with this brand. This is my first tv from hisense but its make me fully satisfied.

Cons

Quality control is so shabby that a motherboard has to be replaced in 2 months - this indicates how serious the company is, on product quality. Customers service is absolute zero, no response. Finally told mother board problem and left away.

There is already a big dot or black area on the tv at the bottom when i peeled the plastic it appeared. Va panel really good with deep black rendering but really fails in a mix of video.

I strongly feel that this seller is selling defective products to make money. Seller and brand are cheaters. Donot purchase this product all fake information.

I doubt on qualification of their technician whom they are sending and taking decisions on behalf of the company on the product which we buy. I'm registered my complaints one month before. Quess insurance team is relatively better and try your luck.

Amazon asks to contact hisense customer care. Shame you hisense company n staff. We would not recommend anyone to buy hisense products.
