Pros
The 15-minute wash programme is great. Its auto mode is so effective that i seldom explore other settings.
It dries clothes well without steaming up the house. Cleaning the lint filter is a bit tricky with this machine, they have two that nest inside each other like russian dolls.
Machine looks great and super silent. Works fast and quietly and does a really good job. Clear instructions and 2 year guarantee. Direct drive motor means it's fairly quiet with minimal service needs.
Cons

The touch screen is very sensitive, you can turn it on if you brush past it.
You cant turn on remotely, defeats the purpose of the app.

Friendly delivery peeps, unpackaged in their van so there was no mess in my home.
I paid to have it installed and the old one taken away through amazon and it went so smoothly.
