For less than $1000 this is really fantastic buy. It is most satisfying & the right tv to buy. This tv exceeds my expectations. This is the most amazing tv i’ve ever owed and i love it.
It is clear who knows about the tech and how to calibrate tv's and who does not. The remote is so much better than samsung! In fact - much better than lg or sony! Overall, and for the price, this model is only surpassed by the sony line.
The picture is so amazingly better, when i watched the hobbit movies the detail on the creatures were down to their gnarly faces and pores in their skin. The dolby vision content seems to have less pop and a darker picture.
Black levels are stellar with no visible banding on the edges or halo effect at a normal viewing distance. Games and shows and movies have inky black levels, super bright white levels, and colors pop vibrantly. Glare is very well controlled. Nits are ... Read More
Built in airplay works great when screen mirroring from our iphone, macbooks etc. Great with ps5 and xbox. We play xbox series x, ps5, nintendo switch on it and sit about 12 feet away and it’s truly immersive!
Cons
Every time i watch it the screen goes black while scrolling through videos. The sound and video is not synchronized.

Last product i have is 55" u8g from 2021.
Price
Still probably the best tv under $1000.
Very good product at a reasonable price.
But for the price, the performance is amazing.
Found a refurbished one for $100 less than retail so i went for it.
Packaging/appearance
The tv came in the original box and i could not find anything wrong with it.
Looks better than the ips pc monitor i'm typing on now.
Competitiveness
They don’t even show this tv and it’s true potential because they’re too busy trying to sell lg sony or samsung.
I purchased the 65 inch since i have a older 55 by another brand.
We shopped all the big names side-by-side hennessey wins hands-down
