Pros
It supports earc, this allows full uncompressed dolby atmos to be passed through it. It also supports google chromecast, and only the tv remote is required to control google. Strongly recommend the smart picture and audio functions.
The only snag is that you have to spend some time setting it up. I read reviews of previous models with clunky settings to navigate but it really looks like they have sorted it for this model.
Easy to navigate and easy to setup. I work for a company that independently tests tvs and certifies them. So i have access to lab technicians that test the * out of thousands of tvs.

The ui is smoother and more responsive than most samsung tvs. Netflix, disney plus, prime and freeview play all look stunning on the tv. Loads of features and is better than my other samsung tv.
Cons
Picture is awful until you disable tons of enchantments in settings. Price was dropped down to £599. Very disingenuous business practice. The amp is very fragile and breaks very easily.

Defintly worth the money, it worked for me because im 16 and cant afford the ridiculous tvs upwards of 1 grand.

After comparing the prices, we decided to try hisense instead of samsung or sony.
You will have to pay at least twice as much to even approach similar quality.

Believe me we use tv uis a lot in the lab and there are some absolutely awful user interfaces out there

For the most part ive never had a problem with the build quality of a hisense product however ive heard of several people receiving units that have cases that dont snap on quite right that are bent and so on
