The sound quality is excellent and the screen's reflection characteristics are standard for an led screen. The picture is very clear & the sound is amazing. The speaker works well for a larger room, and i am very happy with the price.

It's a rather nice upgrade from my previous samsung television. No dead pixels or issues with the panel either. The corners of the tv are slightly darker than the rest of the screen for some reason but hardly noticeable.

Amazon customer service - brutal effort bud. It is much heavier than it should be with very odd vesa mounting requiring washers and custom screws. The screws in the back of the unboxed tv are really just placeholders they are so short. Very disappoint...  Read More

Picture quality extremely disappointing. Quality looks like 720p resolution. Not a good product from amazon to purchase.

I now have a faulty tv that is suppose to be on warranty but it is a door stopper. It's under their manufacturer's warranty but they made it clear they didn't have to do anything to help me.

Great tv until the motion processing engine starts to stutter. I find it unwatchable, happens on all apps i tried. Every 10-15 minutes it displays a sleep timer, saying it will turn off in 30 seconds.

Local dimming is disabled by the xbox sending dolby vision signal. Same preset shows colors fine on prime or yt, but when switch to antenna the color preset makes faces reddish. High bass preset was more like dull than a real bass.
