It was packaged securely. Overall the tv is awesome, with 1 little caveat. Definitely recommend for price to performance ratio.

Great picture quality, decent sound (supports dolby atoms for satellite sound system), and even has a gaming mode which boosts refresh rate for no lag. There's also a secret turbo mode in the settings.
Cons
Horrible viewing angle. Horrible color banding. Vertical lines on the screen that are visible on grey areas. Has a huge glowing halo problem.
Amazon link to hisense customer support is a dead link. Secondly the computer in this tv is under powered. Should buy from more reputable brands with more reliable products. Sent it back for a full refund and purchased another brand instead.

I cited two misses1 the initial screen calibration is an issue with all makes as far as im concerned so as mentioned in the review thats a nonissue and the image is excellent postcalibration
