Pros
Great picture quality and great sound. Fantastic colour and clarity. Great for gaming. Gaming is impeccable.
With 4k compatibility. The google tv app is responsive and the setup is flawless. All your tv apps ( netflix, prime, disney +, apple tv etc. Links all from main screen.
Bought this tv during a black friday sale. Very satisfied with the tv and the price. Came from alberta. Things there are by far cheaper than out here in canada.
Cons
The * are terrible, contrast rate is almost nonexistent, and light bleeds from the sides of the screen. Even the colours look muted. The motion issues are horrible, sometimes it refuses to open streaming apps.
Went through all the troubleshooting steps suggested by hisense support, but to no avail. The box has signs of damage but the tv is unusable. No delivery notification.

The controller is so easy to use and the picture quality is fantastic.
The tv is good as for the quality of display even though i didn't find any adjustments.
I had it set up in my kitchen, ok quality but not as your main tv.
With the budget tv please go extra warrenty 4 years and go for this product .
Price
For the price is on of the best deals on the smart tv department… good clear picture and super light on weight
55" is a nice sized screen, after that the price starts to get a little expensive.
Before you think "duh the exchange," i'd like to point out that the prices difference exceeds the exchange rate!
Shipping
I set it up and to my surprise it was very fast and easy.
Packaging/appearance
The passthrough from the firestick remote to the tv is a bit janky, power button doesn't work but the rest is fine.
Competitiveness
One thing i do recommend is that you add a soundbar, it makes a total difference.
For a room 10x20 it is a perfect size.
$428 cad is just an amzing price for what you get!
This tv alone is excellent but i bought it with firestick 4k.
