Pros
It's sharp and vibrant, with vivid colors and deep *. The picture is crystal clear and immersive. There is alot of tweak to perfect it. Once completed, the image quality is very pleasing.
Built-in subwoofer provides a lower and much fuller sound than other flat screens. I admit i was wrong and this hisense tv surpassed my expectations.
Overall the tv is awesome, with 1 little caveat. The tv uses google tv platform.
Overall a good tv for this price point. It has premium quality built with slick design. Definitely recommend for price to performance ratio.
Cons
Arc is not functional. Secondly the computer in this tv is under powered. The screen start blinking after 2 week use!
The interface is slow and clunky. Don't trust the reviewers. You've been warned.
Gb of ram sounds great until you realize the tv needs 1. However major issue with the tv os. Remote feels very cheap. No further payment is required. Can't download gb or os.

Biggest issue is with the shipping company and unfortunately i could not find a better place for this.

Competitiveness
It fills my 400sqf room without the need for a soundbar.
I am sure the mini-led version is even better but i am really impressed by qled model.
Best to add a soundbar if you want to improve your experiences.

This hisense 55u68k 5534 smart 4k uled got good reviews and seemed to let me just use it as a monitor without internet so decided to bite the bullet and order it

If at some point in the future it starts nagging me about firmware updates and demands an internet connection i will update this review and put it down to 1 star

Hdr content is bright on this with no haloing due to the high local dimming freatures
