Pros

Hisense sells a separate soundbar for this tv. It has a decent picture once you put it in vivid mode.

Straight up deal and good seller if 3rd party. The inflection point is this tv. For $175 this tv is worth the money and my son enjoys it.

Cons

Overall pretty inconvenient tv. Quite frustrating. Wondering if there is any kind of recourse with amazon on this.

Tv crashes several times per day, requiring unplugging/replugging from power to reset it. Cust service tells me to factory reset. Will not stay connected. It has a 1 year warranty.

It is horribly slow to load anything. This never loads anything. It takes a long time for the apps to load. If you put the tv on pause for more than 5 minutes it goes out of the program or app.

It lags often and the menu button doesn't work. I have to go to the home screen settings to scroll through all the settings to set a sleep timer. The menu/remote combo takes forever to navigate through and is slow to respond.

Picture visibly decaying. Sound quality is horrible. It keeps shutting itself off at random.

My older model is a 55 inch and it has such a beautiful picture and sound,6 years still going strong:))

To be fair, the wifi signal is having to blast through a couple of walls and a bathroom that is completely tiled.

Unfortunately the screws for the feet just don't fit properly and causes the tv to lean forward.

Price

I was reluctant buying such a inexpensive television but needed one for basement and this has since been promoted to bedroom!

This television is priced right you can't beat the price.

Save money and the picture quality is the same.

But i was on a budget for a bedroom tv and i can't really complain about this purchase.

Competitiveness

I would definitely buy a hisense over the big name brands again.

This was (no joke) less than 15x times as expensive as my lg oled and exceeded my expectations about 15x more.

There is a reason that hisense sells a separate soundbar for this tv.

Now that i've been forced by att into the modern world with fiber, the picture is even better.
