Pros
Easy to install. Amazing cooking results and a bonus to my kitchen. Easy to use despite reviews. Great for veggie cooking.
Cons
This week whilst grilling some chicken the inner glass just imploded shattering all over my kitchen.

The only issue we've had so far with the oven is it's size.

Beware this isnt a plug in oven it needs to be hard wired by an electrician

Also the door seems to get very hot unfortunately it hasn’t got the cool to touch door on ours
