Cons
Dryer turns itself off before it's finished and before the clothes are dry. I get the feeling that this is due to overheating as it may not drain well through the drain hose. Amazon are just as bad.

I think it’s probably amazing but it’s extremely complicated to figure out how to use and didn’t come with an instruction book

The shallow drum on the 6kg model would not be so suitable for a couple or a family but the larger 9kg with the deeper drum would be better

This meant that the machine cannot sit flush under the counter and adjacent cupboards making the soap tray unfillable when pulled out

Not being proficient with using any washing machine i found the instructions a little sparse but it has an idiotproof setting called eco 4060 that just does the job
