Pros

This product is good bang for your buck. Of course the luxe and price point were factored in as well. The sound is decent for the price and good enough to fill a large room nicely. It also has a sleek, unobtrusive aesthetic.

Cons

The sound coming out of it is gurgled and choppy. Its a garbage product with deplorable customer service. I don't even understand how they could think it was worth the same price as some better-known / reputable brands.

A huge disappointment. Every 15 minutes it just shuts off now. There is no way to disable this rediculous energy save feature. The surround sound button just turns surround sound on or off.

The last two emails i have sent haven't even illicit responses. I assume this is there way of not honoring there warranty. Returned the unit. Nope, returned it.

About every week or two, the soundbar resets itself back to default. The soundbar goes into standby mode even if the tv is still on. Another fluke is that bypassing earc, it sounds better with the surround sound setting off using the optical connectio... Read More
