Pros
The hs218 is a solid unit with features above it's price point. Pleased with this soundbar and price. Packaged nicely. Thank you hisense for producing good products.
The first in android tv (hisense) over the arc interface (hdmi cable) - seamlessly controlled, no problems at all. Has optical input but arc is what you want to use.
Easy to install. Basically plug and play. Bluetooth works well and can go very loud.
Cons
It seems counterproductive. Seems worse during cartoons. Toutes les autres sources ne fonctionnent plus.

Quality
The sound quality is amazing, deep bass from a tiny speaker was unexpected.
I bought it for my basement tv and was surprised by the quality!
Love the sound quality, bought for my son.
All i can say is that i'm really happy with the sound coming out of this.
Price
I have tried many other low price soundbar this one is the one that work with my hisense 4k android 9 smart tv.
The price was right at a total of 88 bucks canadian after taxes & shipping which was free.

I'm currently using it over the optical out and it's been a champ.
I had initially docked 1 star due to the low volume of the unit but i've come to terms with it's 200w of power.
1 port but overallthis a great buy you get a lot of high end features in a budget soundbar.

Most tvs only gives you two hdmi 2

Having arc connectivity allowed for seamless connection to our arc capable tv too making the sound bar remote unnecessary

Its not fair to blame the unit at this price for not being as loud as other more expensive bars with 300500w of power
