Pros
Hisense tv has survived two transformer power outages without actual surge protection. Old house, original wiring, on a surge protector nonetheless.
The picture and the colors are so awesome. The sound is fantastic and the picture matches it perfectly. Good luck and happy tv viewing.

Contrast is great if you enable local dimming.
Cons
Tv itermittently disconnects from wifi. Remote uses bluetooth for voice commands, but the bluetooth is broken.
Hisense refuses to honor their warranty. They say it is a cable provider issue and that i should contact my provider.
I could have gotten a cheaper tv and gotten this much picture performance or alternatively should have spent just $50 more and gone with an au8000 series from samsung and gotten the picture quality and brightness i now know exists in this price point.... Read More
