Updated 882019i never heard from their customer service in response to my contacting them about the defective bulbs but they did send working replacement bulbs

Old i contacted the seller a week ago to inform them that 3 of the 6 bulbs did not light up apparently due to how the screw lines for the bulb were warped in the manufacturing process
