The separate battery pack is big a bit weird and the battery compartment clip doesnt fill me with a lot of confidence if it took a knock

The battery compartment is ok but not great and mine fell apart when i first opened it but it went together again ok with a bit of fettling

Light output is good for most uses but dont expect floodlight performance

The light has several settings high beam low beam and flashing but it also as a sensor setting that allows the light to turn off when not pointed directly at something close
