If you are using anchors to mount the brackets they will show a bit as the holes for the brackets are drilled too close to the edge

Great product but not for a rifle i couldn’t get the lock to stay secure on the trigger even pushed firmly it still moves

While it is true that someone could unscrew the brackets from the wall i am not certain you could develop a better solution that is mountable
