I had been buying cover ups from a local story and was satisfied with that brand but they stopped stocking them

These are slightly thinner than my previous brand and i expected them to not provide as good a coverage but in fact they do a better job

The best way for me to put these on is to start in the center and press them firmly against the nipple and flatten the breast out then press lightly out to the edges

I have decided that whatever makes they sticky is just a thin coating and if you abrade that coating it will will begin to peel away and will no longer adhere to your skin

But keep them clean and treat them gently and you should get a lot of wear from each pair i know i have worn one pair for 68 weeks maybe longer

As another reviewer has said they are not good to wear while exercising they will release if you get sweaty
