Pros
Easy to conceal very low imprint while wearing. Also very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Works well for smaller guns but don't trust this plastic to hold up to heavy full sized guns.
Works perfectly to convert my three slot pancake holster (for walther pps) to a quicker on/off. Makes it a whole lot easier to put on and take off.
Fits kydex holster very well. Added to my own holster. Love the functionality. Definitely a versatile improvement.
Cons
Great idea, poor execution. These are a good design, but are too flimsy. Sometimes the clip no longer hooks the belt and becomes undone.

Going to get another pair for the wife’s holster.
Time will tell if they hold up over time , but so far i'm happy!
)however, with the right technique i can remove/put on my holster (with weapon in it) with ease in a matter of moments.
Competitiveness
I’ve replaced the pancake loops on both my kydex holsters with these.
Definitely a versatile improvement to my kydex holster.

These were the correct size i needed for my belt and at first glance when i got them in they didn’t look like they would fit and would have had to send them back

But thankfully my father noticed that there was just enough space on the mounting holes to have it work at the top 2 holes on my holster

My holsters came with 2 clips and it totally bothered me to have play on my 1
