Holy basil has long been used by herbalists to calm the mind and improve sleep. This tincture is wonderful and i use it daily to help keep the happiness alive. Holy basil improves my caffeine response the next day.
The smell is almost a minty basil. Its flavor is mind and doesnt overpower smoothies or anything. This holy basil tincture is good quality which i add to my daily smoothie.
The taste is good, sweetened with glycerin. A little spicy and numbing effect under the tongue.
Top notch in my book. Purchase supports small business. It is very affordable. The bottle has a large number of servings which makes the price worthwhile.

This item comes in an amber colored glass bottle and was well sealed.
Competitiveness
It is a good quality supplement and it is comparable to the more expensive brands that i have tried.
This organic holy basil liquid tincture without alcohol is reasonably priced and compares favorably to the more expensive brand.
This is the same quality but cheaper than the leading brand.
I don't really remember that from when i used to take this a lot from another brand, but i believe that one was alcohol based.
