Support is exceptional. Customer service is very responsive.

Holy stone drone is an excellent choice for beginners and those looking to hone in their skills. It's pretty intuitive with the gps. Super easy to setup.

The only downside is the battery life. It lasts twice as long as the hobbytiger drone i 'had' the battery life is adequate and the video/picture quality is good for the price range.

Cons

I am a beginner pilot, got this for a great price, and am satisfied.

Overall for the price you're paying this is a great drone!

5$ fee with faa and quick test and bam!

For the money, it is a great buy.

Shipping

My one negative about the experience is that they replacement controller is being shipped with 15-20 day delivery.

I wish they didn't choose the slowest possible shipment method when correcting an issue.
