The bad the altitude hold is brokennot working properly

My drone barely flies up even though i hold the throttle up then it gets sporadic in adjusting its altitude when i let go of the throttle

I get the sense that this is a new drone and theyre still working the bugs out

Edit i got contacted by customer service and they offered to send me a replacement drone

Sadly the new drone also suffers from the variable performance of the altitude hold sometimes its great sometimes its way off and the drone wont gain altitude or gets sporadic with altitude gain
