Pros
Holy stone sent me a drone just before the fin of their warranty. I was able to take it on a flight and it was as good as new. I am happy to report that mon drone is still in working order.
The controller is easy to use. You can check youtube videos to ensure you are setting it up correctly. The app stores video/pictures to your device so remember to upload when you are finished using the drone to save space.
Cons
The motor is defective. The app has stopped working.
Overall i'm disappointing with how faulty the drone was.
Highlights
Quality
Just good overhead shots, good quality video 4k.
This drone is very sturdy, flying it is easy, and its overall performance is good.
The camera is not very clear and shaking during flight.
Battery took longer than 12 hours to charge, and only charged 3/4's the way.
Price
I highly recommend getting holy stone over the ridiculous priced ones that i would have regretted over this beauty.
It's very impressive to me until now even though it is not expensive.
Not expecting a camera stabilizer for this price, but for still photos, a good little (and portable) drone.
Shipping
I had the hs720-4k for two days, purchased through amazon.
I ordered this drone back in februrary but at the time couldn't fly it due to the temperature up here.
I called customer service and we received a replacement arm in 2 weeks free of charge.
Packaging/appearance
The drone is packaged great with a very nice carry case and user friendly design.
Drone arrived in excellent condition and well packed.
I liked the packaging and spare parts that were provided.
Well i have just unboxed it an its a good looking unit.
Competitiveness
So if the range of the drones video is important than buy another model.
