Pros

The battery life is really good, but any drone i recommend ordering a few extra batteries to keep charged so the fun is not limited to just one battery. The 3 batteries are an added perk. Comes with three individual batteries and a charger.

Holy stone has exceptional customer support. The customer service is awesome. The company is great and this is a perfect drone for kids to start learning.

Next time open gift and verify item is as described before gifting. Nice quiet little drone. It’s quieter than the rest. This little mini drone is great for everyone.

We haven't really figured out the "headless" mode. It has a cool little flip trick built in which he always demonstrates when showing his skills to someone new.

Cons

Big christmas disappointment. Shows pictures of small kids playing with it on the amazon listing but lists 14+ on the box.

The barrieres are annoying and difficult to put in and out and recharge. With a fully charged battery plugged in, simply nothing happens. Secondly the battery life is so short.
