Thats all fine and good but when we moved out we left the place in good shape and they only gave us 2000 of our 8000 dollar deposit back with no itemized receipt of the repairs do by law they owe me and my roommate double our deposit

Even if we trashed the place they must tell us in an itemized receipt what the repairs were within 21 days
