Cons

It cleans up easily enough but tends to smear requiring repeated damp wiping. Can states it will cover 80 square, no way.

Water based and has almost no oder. Can has a cancer warning on it and a reference number, but no description of the offending ingredient. When shaken, all i can hear is a solid lump chucking inside.

More of the products drops on you than stays on ceiling. I am unimpressed with the product. Just a miss leading product.
