Pros
The product is very sturdy and good quality. Only downside is no brake which could be problem on a sloping garden. Only gripe is the instructions took all my mechano/ikea specialist skills to assemble it.
Great time saver. Would recommend this to everyone. Brilliant delivery and product quality. Can't imagine doing it alone. Great garden do it all.
Loved everything about this, far better than a wheel barrow. Still digs in a little but much easier than a pushchair or similar. Uses it attached to lawn mower to move heavy logs.
Cons
The tipping mechanism is redundant and pointless, unless filling this thing with bubblewrap or cardboard. Would be better with solid puncture proof wheels. The second you shovel any topsoil or compost into this thing and it starts bending and wobbling... Read More

Not sure if i understand the problem building it as it didn't take long with the right tools such as a spanner which was not provided.
The looks are great but more important is its strength and build quality.
Competitiveness
You definitely need a 13mm and 21mm socket as well as the supplied hex key.
The product was difficult for my hsuband 86 to put together so i had to get a freinds to do thisthe product is fine

The instructions were indeed poor but if you consider the fact that it tips then its quite simple to figure out how to assemble it in my view
