Pros
Simple to assemble and easy to use. Users love the remote, they love the thermostat, and they love that the controls are behind a door away from the prying hands of their toddlers. It keeps me warm.
Cons
It seems rather flimsy. Who hangs a pict 2 feet or so off the ground. Probably packaged like this, so i was immediately disappointed!

The heater comes with a ridiculously large white sticker glued to the top of the heater. One of the door hinges snapped and the sticker is stuck to the hinge.

Switch for light broke however it does not affect the ability of the heating capabilities just have to unplug to make the fire light go out

The flames are obviously fake but it doesn’t have that very cheap fake fireplace look to it that others have
