Pros
Once assembled, surprisingly comfortable. Looks great and professional. Worth every penny. All day comfort.
This chair is well padded for a desk chair. It is extremely comfortable. It’s relaxing and flexible.
Easy to assemble from diagram provided. Easy to put together and high enough to work at your desk.
Cons
The chair has a thick padded lumbar support, in realty it is flimsy and very poorly padded. Without even using the recline function there is too much flex in the seat, causing the arms to move and the screws to loosen.
It's not overly uncomfortable, but i wouldn't say it's nice and comfy on the bum. After an hour or more of sitting on it i need to get up and move my hips to get the blood circulating back to my bum.

Some people report it rattles and falls to pieces thats because the manufactuers didnt supply washers to go onto the arms

Also all of the metal to metal sufaces are not greased so theres plenty of friction which will increase wear

Use a silicone grease its safer on plastics
