Pros
The best part of the table is the storage under the tabletop. Nice table to use the laptop while seating on the couch, or lazy dinner table.
Nicely priced, solid built and functional. It is perfect. Extremely pleased with this purchase. Looks good.

It's quite heavy which is good because i think it will be durable. The mechanism that lifts the top of the table up seems sturdy and well put together. I also have a beastly center speaker with an av receiver and amp that weighs 140+ pounds.
It fit all the dimensions i required to a tee! It’s not too big. Like lift-top and sturdiness. Holds a lot in the console.
Cons
Do not slide on floor makes it more inconvenient. Screws are very small and don't really hold in the enginerred wood. It's really tough to lift open and it wobbles.

Super easy to lift/close and looks very nice quality for not being real wood.
Nice color, good quality, sturdy, easy to put together.
Unfortunately the one i received didn't come in the best quality.
This coffee table is a beautiful color and style, i just wish i had a better quality item for the price.
Competitiveness
Also, the legs and weren't manufactured correctly, so one side is shorter and the baseboard has large gaps.
They're comparable to ikea's malm furniture which i have some of in my bedroom.
The top would've been easier with 2 people.

Sometimes it seems like we need to lift from both sides equally to avoid issues it sometimes feels difficult or makes a creaky sound if we dont lift it properly

The predrilled holes are really just indentations not sure how id have screwed the pieces together securely with just the screwdriver provided in the kit

I assembled it myself in about 90 minutes but it is tough to hold up the table top and screw in from the bottom

So im actually not using this as a coffee table but instead am using it as a center table for my home theater

Space is limited in nyc so i cant house a regular tv stand as the length would be too long and would block the entry way to the bedrooms
