Pros
This a well built and beautiful kitchen cart. Packaged well. Item was wrapped and protected. Good thing is the customer service is exceptional.
It is long and narrower than a normal island, but perfect for my square kitchen. The stainless top is easy to clean. This color combination looks good with a stainless steel appliance color scheme.
The construction is not flimsy. Cart moves a little awkwardly, but we don't move it often. No fear of the bottom falling out. Made well, very sturdy.
Cons
Amazon claims that it has passed the return window and would not refund. Very poor customer service and a shoddy product as well. Otherwise repackaging and sending back would have been a complete hassle.
Single-mother spent too much time trying to assemble. Missing screw holes. No hardware, missing predrilled holes.
The stainless counter is made by very thin metal, and easily scratchy. The drawers aren’t very smooth rolling. A lot of the pieces were bowed.

The deficiency of most rvs is the lack of storage and counter space in kitchen area.
This becomes apparent after assembly and during use.
Price
For this price, what you get is impressive.
I feel like it was worth the 200 something i paid.

Shipping
They were so gracious to send me a whole new unit for me to switch tops out and arranged for ups for pickup.
It wasn’t due until monday, but it arrived on thursday before!
I got the wrong item at first, but amazon picked up and redelivered the correct item .
Packaging/appearance
Everything from the shipping packaging to the fact they include extra hardware in case of drops or losses or accidents.
Perfect finish, the best packing and assembly process.
I can’t believe how well it was packed!
As if the entire unit was packaged with gloves.

The delivery box weighs about 120lbs and for the most part requires 2 people to lift and build this

The box is incredibly heavy so you will need someone to maybe help you move it inside your house

It comes 100 disassembled and took hours and hours for me to put together even with help

I am slightly concerned because at one point when i was unpacking the box it looked like it was contaminated with fiberglass
