Pros
Easy to assemble. At least a two person assembly. My son put it together in about 3 hours by his-self & it's a good a quality piece. The instructions are not the easiest to follow or that clear, but it wasn't that hard to figure out.
Although a bit pricey, it is laminate over solid wood and should last. Sturdy, solid wood, good craftsmanship.

Looks good as a divider, which i wanted…it separates my kitchen from my living room. Storage space is nice. Drawers n cabs space great just hate the cheap as * backing to the unit.
Cons
The cart can wobble dangerously on its casters when you move or just work on it. It is especially overpriced when some of the wood was chipped/cracking upon arrival.
Really terrible design flaw. Now i have to paint it white because next to my white cabinets it really looks off colored.
Highlights
Quality
It was very easy to assemble and i was very happy with the quality of the materials.
Quality is good, but there are a few things.
The tires rotate in a wobbly fashion proving out the lower quality.
Btw: you cannot swap places with the spice rack and paper towel holder on each end.
Price
There is nothing cheap about this cart it is well worth the price!
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was exceptional, granite was wrapped very well.
The packaging was impressive and very secure.
Competitiveness
All the parts fit together perfectly and unlike its competitors all the structural parts are solid wood rather than cheap particle board.

They failed to drill two holes in one of the parts

It was either leave all this in the floor until i could get a replacement piece or try drilling the holes which my husband did and it worked

I like the island however after my husband assembled it there was a ding in one of the doors the pull drawer didnt line up so he had to drill a different hole luckily you cant see this and the granite top has some flaws

The cart is not white but more of an ivory color which is disappointing to me because it doesn’t match my cabinets
