Pros
The hinged granite inlaid tabletop takes two people to install. It's heavy and needs to slide on to pegs, luckily all those pegs lined up perfectly. Comes in many pieces but the end result is great.

They use a distressing tool which is just a triangular chisel and make marks on the table top
