Pros
Great for storing a whole or partial stick of butter or margarine. No messing with rewrapping in paper and less chance of getting wet. Just a tip.
A 1/4 lb stick of butter fits in it perfectly with out and overhanging bits and bob's. Perfectly replaces my old broken one. Opens and shuts nicely and performs as advertised.
Love this handy thing. Great price. Excellent product. Seems to be in good shape. Handy and excellent quality.
Cons
Too small for regular cube of butter. Not nearly wide enough without cutting or cramming. This doesn't fit the usual land o lakes, fleischmann's, etc.

You can look at the container and see what kind of sticks of butter this will fit

The internal dimensions are a good fit for the wrapped stick of butter but such a fit that youll need to shake it out since you really cant grab the stick to lift it up and out especially if it isnt solid from the fridge anymore
