Pros

It is certainly quieter than my basement model from a different co. It appears to drain well and i use a hose to drain directly to a drain pipe in the basement.

Quality

Works great, not huge, low noise, easy move about if required.

A perfectly good product and works as required.

This is not good as it can lead to mold problems.

We had previously a good unit from another name brand but the refrigerant lost pressure.

Price

Should have bought the display gadget that was advertised for about $20.

I plugged this in and it started to work fine filled up the tank i would shut off as its supposed to ended up putting on the hose to run it to a drain in the basement still seems to be working fine but since im not emptying the tank im not sure how much water its pulling out

That was confusing though or the numbers and what they actually do in terms of i dont know is it humidity anyway so no idea what its for couldnt quite figure that out from the instructions but in terms of getting water out of the air seems to do very well

The only negative per se is the storage unit for the water collection is quite small so it needs to be emptied daily unless you set up the drain hose which doesnt come with the unit

I would have rated it a 34534 but the design has the drain hose out of the back which seriously limits where the unit can be located
