The pump cuts out more often than i would like that said others have noted that power failures reset the unit and turn off the pump

So the seller replaced it free of charge i did call them they said give them a week to research they never called back

I have had this unit without the pump for about a month

The unit it replaced would take 12 hours to fill the same sized bucket and would not lower the humidity as much
