Cons
The unit is less than 12 months old and only been used about 6 months total. I assume the compressor is faulty. My theory is that the icing up caused it to crack a coil and lose all it's coolant.
This brand is in the same catagory of cheapness and unreliability as the one i had previously which is why i would suggest anyone not take a chance on units with a limited warranty period.
Company no longer has customer service number and and refers everything to e mail, all of which have gone unanswered. No reasons given. No customer outreach. Alas, no more.

Quality
The device fills after two days of continuous use at the normal power setting…very pleased with this product.
Finished basement and this humidifier keeps it nice and dry (40% relative humidity) during our hot, humid summer months.
About 2 months in the pump hose started leaking (i put a cup under the hose exit on the back).
This thing pulls all the moisture out the room and we run it constantly.
Price
It’s worth the extra $40 for 3 years instead of 1.
Also wish there is 1500 square foot option without wifi and be less expensive.

It even comes with a handle for easy transport.
Packaging/appearance
Obviously the damage was during production because the foam packaging was intact with no signs of trauma.
Competitiveness
I like it so much that i'm buying a second one for one of my other buildings.

Ordered two of these and one arrived with the plastic body with a huge crack the plastic housing seems pretty flimsy

At first it was draining not via the attached hose but into the reservoir

The threaded attachment should be redesigned with a downward rather than horizontal angle to avoid the issue

Bad all of the wifi and bluetooth connectivity as well as the multiple competing online consumer engagement programs are completely hopeless

Also the manual has beautiful layout but is useless though fortunately it’s also unnecessary
