Cons

The unit is less than 12 months old and only been used about 6 months total. I assume the compressor is faulty. My theory is that the icing up caused it to crack a coil and lose all it's coolant.

This brand is in the same catagory of cheapness and unreliability as the one i had previously which is why i would suggest anyone not take a chance on units with a limited warranty period.

Company no longer has customer service number and and refers everything to e mail, all of which have gone unanswered. No reasons given. No customer outreach. Alas, no more.

The device fills after two days of continuous use at the normal power setting…very pleased with this product.

Super easy setup, running just a week and hasn’t been very humid, but it’s worked enough to inspire confidence.

Seems excessively loud and long, no way to turn the beep sound down or off.

It makes noise and then displays a pump error.

I would say it is well worth the money

I purchased this unit to replace another one from a different brand that failed after many years of use.
