The machine works great. It's better than the gravity-dispense type i had before because of less or no spillages. The cooler is a good product and backed by an even better warranty.

Cons

At least the hot water works. The room temp is room temp. Worked well for 5 months and then began leaking. Water hose constantly get algae buildup.
