Pros

Noise was not objectionable even though it's in my workout area with a tv. The discharge hose outlet seems to be stainless as well as the screws for the handle. Overall is nice design w/ digital humidity levels so you know it's working.

Cons

This unit does not hold the humidity level, it fluctuates from 32 to 39 percent. I have the unit on constant, but it only removes about 10. Such a hassle and inconvenience.

I had a small problem with missing parts and a less expensive price on this unit and they went above and beyond in correcting all problems.

Distilled water is around $1 a gallon and i now have 55 gallon barrels of it .

Packaging/appearance

Received a destroyed box in my driveway.

My only complaint was that the shipping company pretty much destroyed the packaging.

The box was really banged up, and the machine was slightly dented.

It works way better than the best homeowner one i got at a big box store.

This is a pretty good unit, definitely better than the normal consumer dehumidifier.
