Pros
Once you find a place to put the dishwasher and plug it in, it's good to go. They make it look so easy in the instructions. It is bigger than i expected however it is easy to install and works soooo well!
The only thing is that when it spits out the used water from the dishwasher it can be on the louder side as the water sprays into the sink with some force.

I read tons of reviews for countertops dishwashers and this one made me buy--i'm so glad i did. No regrets. It’s nice and quite.
It cleans like a champ! It washes my baby’s bottles in 45 min (fast wash) and then i run a 15 min rinse cycle. Stainless steel is okay if i wash it before or after; no joke.
Cons
If you place the utensil caddy in its advertised position, it blocks the small soap door from opening. It is not designed well to dispense soap while utilizing the space. The provided hardware for modifying standard faucet hookup is cheaply made.

The 1/2" to 15/16" adapter does not exist with the right thread.

The original unit didn't work right out of the box.
I assume the packaging from amazon would be the same as from the manufacturer and it was amazing.
You don't need to lift the dishwasher out of the box.
Competitiveness
Holds a lot, and works like a champ.
I'm impressed that it is manufactured in the usa!
I'm curious to see how it will compete with others in the market.
The next best priced ones out there were the comfee brand.
